Street Ball Legend “Bone Collector” Larry Williams On His New Gear Line With Lasso, Working With The NBA & More

“Bone Collector” Larry Williams is a legendary street-ball basketball player from Pasadena, California. He has been named MVP of the Drew League and the EBC-Rucker Park league multiple times. He was named the most dangerous ball handler alive by SLAM and he was also named a top 5 all-time street-baller by Complex. His talents continue to take him around the globe as he competes and trains others, including NBA prospects, current NBA stars and professional players overseas.

The brand Lasso follows the mission of improving movement, all day, every day. Lasso has designed and created compression apparel that enables you to move confidently, recover safely and ultimately be the best version of yourself. This week saw the release of a new collaboration between Lasso and Bone Collector on an exclusive apparel collection. This includes socks, hats, tees and sweatshirts, each of which emblazoned with signature Bone Collector artwork. It all looks and fits great, of course.

On November 15, 2021, I had the pleasure of speaking with “Bone Collector” Larry Williams via Zoom, as embedded below. Beyond his new Lasso collaboration, we spoke about his long-term success within the basketball world, when he feels the NBA first embraced him, and future plans for him as a player and coach. More on Bone Collector can be found by clicking here, here, here and here.
