Live Session with music legend Trae Tha Truth to discuss his new project “Truth Season: The United Streets of America” and the opportunities he’s providing for upcoming artists. We also talk about his sports program that supports the youth. As always, Trae mostly reserves his energy for action and on this project, the veteran Houston star rapper honors various sound styles in rap and hip hop from cities such as Detroit, New York, Houston and Chicago. Along with each cities style of rap, the project features underground artists from their respective cities. Ahead of Trae’s album release, the music video to the album’s single “Sky Scraper” ft. Louie Ray was released to high acclaim.
Truth Season: The United Streets of America is 17 songs of pure unadulterated power featuring daring production and a complete lyrical illustration of the cities and styles represented…for me this one has no skips!
Tune in as Trae and I chop it up about the project, what it means for him and what he’s looking forward to for the upcoming season…this cat STAYS busy!!!
