Meet Meshelle Collins Culinary Certified Cannabis & Edibles Chef

Chef Meshelle Collins began her career, in the early days as a Claims Examiner and Auditor working in the Medical Billing Industry traveling across United States spearheading catering events for corporate team building projects. With a desire to transition from the world of Medical Administration, to purse her passion, she enrolled in culinary school in 2009. Being the oldest sibling of eleven from Winnfield, Louisiana, Chef Collins has been in the Hospitality Industry over twenty years, cooking with passion, as a Private Chef, Event Chef, Catering Chef and Traveling Chef to a great number of colleagues, business associates, Sports Athletes, Corporate Owners and A-list Celebrities.

Professionally trained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Dallas, Texas, Chef Collins has cooked with several of Dallas renown Restaurant Chef and has appeared on ION TV Network with a season running commercial. As the owner of Chef’s Creations LLC, Executive Chef Collins is a hands-on, energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary Professional who is constantly seeking a better way to create beautiful, delicious foods with the focus on Health & Wellness. Chef Collins was mentored by Chef Darren McGrady, who was the Royal Chef to the British Royal Family and Princess Diana’s personal chef until her death in 1991. He has trained her on farm-to-table wholesome foods that are French Inspired.

In June 2018 Chef Collins life was forever changed when she became an Ambassador for Zilis CBD due to chronic back pain after a motor vehicle accident from the prior year. With an appetite for knowledge, Chef Collins learned to combine food and Cannabis in creative ways that are both nutritious and will help alleviate serious health issues. As a former Private Chef to a retired NBA Chicago Bulls Player and Golden State Warrior NBA Player, cooking with HEMP Rich-CBD is extremely beneficial for Retired Professional Athletes that suffer with CTE and Chronic Nerve Pains. 

In June of 2020, Chef Collins became a Certified Cannabis Chef, from ACF-American Culinary Federation, where she offers Personal Chef Services that specializes in dietary needs for people suffering with major illnesses. This has catapulted her chef skills to another level by preparing Infused CBD Foods, CBD Beverages, CBD Seasonings and CBD Edibles for Health & Wellness. To know Executive Chef Meshelle Collins is to know food, “great food!” If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting her then you have listened as she describes food in a way that can make anyone hunger for just a taste. She has been blessed as a Traveling Private Chef to venture to many states including California, New York, Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, preparing gourmet meals for clients and food enthusiasts.

Currently featured in the Frisco Life Magazine, this chef is on the move with combining creativity with a hefty dose of technique and a focus on locally soured organic and seasonal ingredients. Certified Cannabis Chef Collins will be on center stage, Thursday March 31, 2022 @ noon with The Delta-8/Delta-9 Hemp Derived CBD Expo, featuring Cooking with Cannabis for Health & Wellness where she will take center stage educating and dazzling the audience. As an entrepreneur and patient, she continues to spread her new gospel about the benefits of cannabis by educating, advocating, and cooking.
