Bone Thugs N Harmony’s Layzie Bone and T.M.F. Precha of Now Entertainment Join Xpression on ’48 Laws’

The two legends Ronnie King and Layzie Bone have collaborated with Now Entertainment founder Tony M Fountain & Xpression on a new song  48 Laws, available now on all major streaming platforms.

Xpression wrote the song ideated following the artist’s feature in Now Entertainment magazine. After the magazine interview with Christian Vind,, Tony M Fountain, reached out to Xpression via Instagram. He discovered that Xpression had previously worked with Bizzie Bone on their new single ‘Lilith” prod by Bebo Beats.

Tony was enthusiastic about working with Bone Thugs N Harmony. Tony discovered that Xpression had played a pivotal role in the production of Lilith and suggested that Now Entertainment collaborate with him on future projects due to his extensive work within the music industry.

Layzie Bone is one of the multi-platinum Hip Hop group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony founders who are known for their fast-rapping style and harmonizing vocals. The group has sold over 50 million records worldwide and has won numerous awards, including a Grammy Award, and was also recently nominated for induction into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame this year.

Xpression and his producer Bebo beats created the instrumental for the new song 48 Laws. After a little while, Xpression realized that he wanted some keys to the song, so he contacted Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum producer Ronnie King. Ronnie joined the crew and laid down some keys on the song.

Ronnie King is an American producer, musician, and co-owner of Blue Label Records. King began his career as a bassist in local bands in the Los Angeles area, performing with such artists as Depeche Mode, Oingo Boingo, The Dickies, and X before working with the East Los Angeles band F.E.A. He started working with various rap and hip-hop artists such as King Tee, Tone Loc, 2Pac, Snoop Dog,  and Ice-T.

48 Laws is a tribute to Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power which has been read by everyone from Kanye West to Bill Gates to Chris Rock. It is one of the best-selling books on power ever written and is currently being developed into a film by Quibi.

According to Robert Greene, who wrote The 48 Laws of Power, “power is like money: it can be used for good or evil.” To help with personal development, Greene created a list of 48 laws that can help attain more power in our lives — for both good and evil.

After some weeks of writing and recording, they put together a unique style of hip hop/reggae music that is projected to have mass appeal across all genres. The crew decided to add Layzie Bone to the project and his 16 bars complemented the track perfectly. Tony says, “It was an amazing experience working with Layzie. He is a true professional and a very humble person.”
