French Montana Releases New Single ‘Alcatraz’ With Accompanying Visual
3X GRAMMY-nominated artist, entrepreneur, and humanitarian French Montana just dropped his newest single and visual, “Alcatraz” via Coke Boys Records. Co-produced by Mixx, “Alcatraz” showcases some of Montana’s hardest verses to date.
The new single features French sharing various moments throughout his career, even comparing himself to Kanye West, saying, “I feel like Ye through the car crash / Feel like Ye ’cause me and Ye killed the curse from the Kardashians.” French teases a new installment in his Mac & Cheese mixtape series at the end of the track, stating, “Ride big V’s like the G house / Montega in the flash, Mac & Cheese 5.”
Montana and Zay Jones direct the music video; the music video features Montana as he raps over scenes of the police bagging a body and later showing a fire arranged in lettering reading “CB (Coke Boys crew.).”
The single comes on the heels of his latest studio album, They Got Amnesia, and teases the fifth installment to his highly-acclaimed “Mac & Cheese” mixtape series.
