Johnny Knoxville & Judy Greer On The New Hulu Series “Reboot,” Music, Upcoming Projects & More

In the new series Reboot, Hulu reboots an early 2000s family sitcom, forcing its dysfunctional cast back together. Now they must deal with their unresolved issues in today’s fast-changing world. The series stars Keegan-Michael Key, Johnny Knoxville, Judy Greer, Paul Reiser, Rachel Bloom, Calum Worthy and Krista Marie Yu. It was created by Steven Levitan, who serves as an executive producer alongside Danielle Stokdyk and Jeff Morton; Levitan was the key force behind the long-running ABC series Modern Family. Reboot was also produced by Steven Levitan Productions and Twentieth Television.

On Reboot, Johnny Knoxville plays Clay Barber, and Judy Greer portrays Bree Marie Jensen. Both steadily-working performers for twenty-something years, Knoxville and Greer are examples of on-screen talent who truly “get it” when it comes to playing people in the midst of studio-related drama with commercial expectations. Reboot is the rare sort of series that manages to be funny to a general audience while winking to those individuals who have entertainment industry experience.
