Dania D Designs was launched by Dania Douaidari when she returned to Damascus Syria, after graduating in 2017. Dania pursued Diploma in Interior Designing from the American University of Beirut (AUB). During one of her free-sketching classes, one of her professors pointed out her flair for sketching and furniture designing. This drove her to realise her gift for designing, which paved the way for Dania D Designs to be born. She set up her design label in Syria and today delivers her unique bespoke products across the world.

It caters to its customers in UAE and several other Middle Eastern countries. Dania says, “Dania D Designs is very close to my heart. It is an outlet for me to express and showcase my creativity. Given the circumstances in Syria, D Designs is a way for me and our craftspeople to sustain our lives and family. It also serves as a creative distraction to deal with mental well-being.”
