As you’ll remember, I told you I recently had the distinct pleasure of catching a young dynamo named Scritchmatic ripping the stage at a recent live performance in Kansas City, MO. Hosted at the Nimble Brewing. As I said previously, I popped in courtesy of an invitation from his manager, Gina Tarantino, owner of the hot management/development agency Tarantino1440. That night he gave us a preview of his new single “Pulp Fiction” produced by 2x GRAMMY-nominated producer Fantom of the Beat, aka Haas G of UMC fame.
I see why when Scritchmatic took the spotlight, he exuded an aura of confidence and passion that was palpable throughout the venue. With each verse, he effortlessly commanded the crowd’s attention, weaving intricate narratives and delivering hard-hitting truths with unparalleled finesse. “Pulp Fiction” has officially hit and the grownup beat from Fantom coupled with the energy, wit, and personality of Scritchmatic is one dope experience in some high-end headphones…sonically impeccable including the timbre of Scritchmatic’s voice…it’s got everything. Lyrically, the young lion laced his boots to the top for this one…I can’t say enough good things so, I’m looking forward to seeing the comments!!!
