It signifies a notable shift from his celebrated Afrobeats style, boldly exploring Alternative Rock and orchestrated music.

The album highlights Duncan Daniels’ versatility and his steadfast dedication to musical authenticity. In today’s landscape, the true value of music is frequently underrated. While many artists depend on top-notch microphones and powerful effects, crafting timeless music requires something deeper—sometimes even pushing boundaries.

The album offers a profound personal journey, delving into themes of authenticity and nostalgia. Teaming up with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Daniels achieves a lush, timeless sound on ‘Holy Water’. The guitar solo in ‘Take My Hand’, recorded by Vitaliy Tkachuk during a bomb raid in Odessa, embodies resilience and commitment. Brazilian guitarist Johnatha Bastos, who was born without hands, impressively plays with his toes on ‘Peacock Feather’. Promotional photos for the album were taken in the Sistine Chapel, and one of the singles was mixed and mastered at the iconic Abbey Road studios.
