So in the middle of a feature article for something else, I had the Netflix going on a separate device in particularly the current Rhythm + Flow series jumping off and on to the stage comes this dynamo named Jaxs…I’m a fairly focused professional but she stopped me dead in the middle of my editorial flow on this other piece…like dead in my tracks *ish. Energy, dynamic presence and delivery highlighted by complicated nuances of timbre and intonation made me unable to tear myself away from the screen…I couldn’t rewind the segment fast enough LOL…and Luda jumping the hell up added to my excitement…this is my Editor’s Pick for the week.

So I got past the sonic analysis and got to the content, storyline, setup and punchline…whew…this lioness Jaxs is something special. If I had to put it in literary terms, she’s got something that’s coming close to the structure of a Baldwin phrase, her *ish is that well set up…Just wow…Ok I’m off my soapbox now…check her new single DOX MRTNS (from the NETFLIX Series “Rhythm + Flow”) and feel free to drop your thoughts!
