90 DAY: THE LAST RESORT
New Episodes: Mondays at 8pm ET/PT on TLC
This season, 90 DAY FIANCÉ couples Ari and Bini, Brandon and Julia, Gino and Jasmine, Rob and Sophie, Josh and Natalie, and Stacey and Florian have all reached their relationship breaking points. The six couples will spend three weeks at a desert oasis in Arizona, where they will undergo a rigorous relationship boot camp aimed at rebuilding trust and connections. At the resort, they will work with therapists and counselors to navigate issues of jealousy, anger, and intimacy through group therapy and untraditional approaches, including hypnotherapy, pleasure mapping, sand tray therapy, and off-grid excursions into the desert. At the end of the retreat, each couple will decide if they stay together or part ways at a final commitment ceremony. (One-Hour Episodes)
“The Last Rodeo” – Premieres Monday, December 30 at 8 pm ET/PT
Sex therapy homework fails to break the sexual gridlock and leaves most couples unsatisfied. Natalie confronts the ladies about her huge club blowout and asks for forgiveness. The guys bond, but tempers flare when the ladies crash into their party.

Tempers continue to flare after a night of excessive partying. A kayaking activity challenges power dynamics. Some couples manage to work as teams while others fall into old behaviors, as not all can respect the rules.

The couples cringe watching everyone’s sex therapy homework. In never-before-seen footage, Julia tells Rob what she wants Brandon to do in the bedroom. Jasmine wants to leave the resort, and therapist James must come to intervene.

The couples debate if they would have handled Jasmine and Florian’s blowup any differently. Julia and Ari argue about text messages. Everyone reacts to seeing the Row and Throw exercise play out.
7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS

The Johnstons are back! Liz and Brice’s baby girl, Leighton, has arrived home safely from the hospital, and the lively Johnston family quickly realize that life gets even more interesting with a newborn in the mix. As Liz and Brice navigate their new role as parents, Trent and Amber embrace their new titles of Lolly and Boppa, though not without a few growing pains. Amidst the joy, Trent faces mysterious health issues, adding a layer of concern to the family’s dynamic. This season also brings plenty of celebrations: Trent and Amber mark their 25th wedding anniversary, Anna and Amber graduate from college, and Emma and Alex graduate from high school. However, when Anna decides to skip Alex and Emma’s ceremony, it causes an unexpected rift in the usually jovial Johnston family. (One-Hour Episodes)

The Johnstons are back and now with a new addition! Leighton comes home from the hospital, and with a newborn in the house, this rowdy bunch has to get used to a new normal. The kids put together a big surprise for Trent and Amber’s 25th anniversary.

“A White-ish Christmas” – Premieres Tuesday, January 14 at 9pm ET/PT
It’s baby Leighton’s first Christmas, and the Johnstons are going all out to make it special. Anna and her friend Autumn contemplate going on a double date, and Trent and Amber discuss a plan for his aging parents.
MY 600-LB LIFE

TLC’s hit series MY 600-LB LIFE documents seven new journeys of morbidly obese patients striving to lose weight and save their lives. Each two-hour episode follows a different subject through the emotional highs and lows of extreme weight loss, guided by Dr. Younan Nowzaradan (“Dr. Now”). Patients must make drastic diet and lifestyle changes, including potential high-risk gastric bypass surgery, to achieve life-saving results. This season features a pastor eager to preach again, a woman battling her fear of leaving the house, a former EMT who is now trying to save his own life, an overprotective son who won’t leave his mother’s apartment to get the help he needs and a wife whose husband begs her to get healthy.
SEASON PREMIERE: “Jonathan’s Journey” – Premieres Wednesday, January 1 at 8pm ET/PT
Jonathan had his dream job, and he ate himself out of it. Once an EMT first responder, now he rarely leaves the room. His wife works full time to pay their bills, and Jonathan must break the cycle of eating if he wants to keep his wife and his life.
“Krystal A’s Journey” – Premieres Wednesday, January 8 at 8pm ET/PT
Krystal has never let her weight get in the way, but the truth is her weight has really started getting in the way. She has the husband of her dreams who supports her unconditionally, but to have a happy future with him, she has to get weight loss surgery.

This season follows eight love-struck Americans who travel across the world to meet their partners, whom they’ve been dating exclusively online for the first time. This time around, the eight Americans traveled to Nigeria, the Philippines, Ghana, Poland, Brazil, Jordan, South Africa, and Croatia. While overseas, the couples will determine if their online relationships translate in person. (Two-Hour Episodes)

SISTER WIVES
