Rising Haitian-Canadian artist Lou Phelps releases latest single “IS MY MIC ON?” the second release from his new album, Chèlbè, set to release in April. As a follow up to “I Dunno,” and “What Now” this new track proves Phelps’s finesse in sculpting razor-sharp narratives with unshakable poise and rhythm.
