Hyball Entertainment LLC proudly announces the return of the 6th Annual Grassroots Music Seminar & Concert Series Tour, happening Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 1 PM – 6 PM EDT at the scenic Garnet Waterfront (2930 Waterfront Parkway West Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46214). This highly anticipated event promises a jam-packed day of live music, powerful industry education, and networking opportunities for music lovers of all backgrounds.

With free venue parking and an atmosphere that blends learning with live entertainment, the Grassroots Music Seminar has become a must-attend experience for emerging artists, seasoned professionals, and fans passionate about independent music.

This year’s seminar features a dynamic roster of influential industry experts, including:

This year’s event will feature eight top music executives from across the country, providing powerful networking and learning opportunities for current professionals, aspiring talent, and music enthusiasts alike.

Event Format:

Phase One

· Introduction of the panelists

· General discussion on key music industry topics

Phase Two

· Breakout sessions led by each panelist, allowing attendees to engage directly with professionals in specific areas of expertise

Phase Three

· A dedicated Q&A segment, giving the audience the chance to ask personalized questions based on each panelist’s background

Concert Series:

The Concert Series will feature regional and emerging artists performing live in front of the panelists. Artists will receive real-time feedback and have the opportunity to answer questions about their music and performance.

The winner of the competition will perform at our final tour stop on September 27, 2025.

This Premier Stop will be be home to the Semifinals Tour Performances competition where artists will perform live in from of our featured music executives from across the country. for a day of networking and learning from the music industry’s top executives.
