Atlanta Pop Rock Band Penelope Road Announce 2026 North American Tour

Atlanta pop rock band Penelope Road announces their 2026 North American Tour, coming on the heels of their dynamic new Chance Encounter EP, released last Friday via Warner Records. With romantic heart-on-sleeve lyrics, dynamic full-band grooves, and impeccably warm harmonies, the project underscores the palpable chemistry of one of 2025’s most talked-about live acts. Listen to Chance Encounter HERE and find tickets for the 2026 North American headline tour.

Penelope Road is closing out the year with three hometown shows in Atlanta this December (Dec. 18–20), with the first night already sold out and the remaining two nearing capacity. Those shows follow a standout year on the road for the Atlanta quintet, who have sold more than 20,000 headline tickets in 2025 alone, with nearly every date selling out in advance. Their U.S. summer tour supporting Lake Street Dive and Goose was a major highlight, bookended by festival appearances and headline shows.

Now, fresh off the release of Chance Encounter, Penelope Road is taking that momentum into 2026 with a North American headline run kicking off February 13 in Brooklyn, NY. Tickets go on sale beginning Monday, November 3 at 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST, with general on sale starting Thursday, November 6 at 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST.

Formed in Atlanta in 2022 while still in college, Penelope Road quickly built a grassroots following with their blend of rock, soul, and pop, rooted in impeccable musicianship and five-part harmonies. Drawing inspiration from icons like Steely Dan, Hall & Oates, and the Eagles, as well as contemporary boundary-pushers like Mk.gee, the band has earned praise from HITS Daily Double for their “organically soulful pop-rock” and “impeccable stacked harmonies”, and Creative Loafing Atlanta, which declared the band “in a league of their own.”

The new EP, Chance Encounter, follows the release of single, “Feel It Coming My Way,” a hopeful song with the feeling of an instant classic, wherein singers Charles Eastman and Max Moore appear to have found the love they’re looking for. In between, the search for connection plays out over the old school soul of “In Your Arms” and the deeply longing “Like You Love Me.”

With Chance Encounter, Penelope Road capture the spirit of their live show in the studio while opening a fresh chapter in their fast-rising story. Stay tuned for much more from this band.

ABOUT PENELOPE ROAD:

Penelope Road is here to bring real performance back. It’s a goal as easy to grasp and slyly ambitious as the Atlanta soul-poppers’ music, and that mission is playing out live to the tune of 20,000 tickets sold in the first half of 2025 alone. Call it throwback if you want; they don’t mind. This is a quintet of twenty-somethings who cover America and The Eagles at their increasingly legendary jam-heavy gigs, and who serve up a stew of perfect pop hooks, funky grooves, and sweet harmonies that’d fit into any yacht rock playlist worth its salt. “We want people to feel like they’re in the ’70s,” says Max Moore, guitarist and co-lead singer alongside keyboardist Charles Eastman, “where everything is happening for real and everyone is fully immersed in the music.” They make that music their own with an earthy feel owing to their roots: the grimy old college house they lived in (on Penelope Road) where they forged their vintage sound and went very modernly viral with clips of them jamming in the attic. Their grassroots following exploded into a deal with Warner Records, a self-titled 2024 EP, and sold-out dates headlining and supporting the likes of Goose and Lake Street Dive. Lately, they’ve been seen down at Diamond Street Studios (run by Tedeschi Trucks Band’s Tyler Greenwell) with David Ryan Harris (John Mayer, Alicia Keys), while sharing tunes like “Out Tonight” and “Flowers (Carry Me Home)” that overflow with warm energy inviting ever more loving listeners into their feel-good time capsule. Penelope Road is comprised of Max Moore (lead vocals/guitar), Charles Eastman (lead vocals/keys), Koan Roy-Meighoo (vocals/guitar), James Kopp (bass), and Anthony Smith (drums).
