McClure grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where cinema shaped his worldview at an early age. He advanced from mopping floors to leading teams, building a career grounded in sales and refined through management roles at Fortune 500 companies including Minolta, Panasonic, and Pitney Bowes.

By his late thirties, McClure launched and sold his own litigation support firm, DocuPro. He earned his college degree at age 40, but long before that milestone, he had already developed operational mastery. His guiding principle, ‘If it’s to be, it’s up to me,’ functioned not as a slogan, but as a system.
