Bucky Malone releases animated visual for “Wi$hlist”

After spontaneously leaking his latest single, Bucky Malone brings in Independence Day with a brand new visual for his ICYTWAT produced hit Wi$hlist. Directed by RAHEEMXP Malone provides creativity, versatility, and a sense of humor in this fun animated visual.

When asked what inspired this theme song Malone stated, “In Playboi Carti and Lil Yachty’s Run It, Yachty says “India Love on my wish list”. That line captivated me because it was so honest. So from there, one day I was randomly chanting to myself Keke Palmer on my wish list, then I started to think of my other celebrity crushes, and next thing you know I had a hook. The premise came from a Lil Yatchy line and all the chicks on my wish list”. This animated music video is captivating as it pays homage to several aspects of Malone’s life such as the setting being on the Washington D.C. metropolitan area transit system (or Metro); and it features two of his biggest musical inspirations, Tupac Shakur and Prince.
