“Luke Skyywalker Goes to the Supreme Court” is an animated short film that tells the story of 2 Live Crew’s Luther Campbell, aka, Uncle Luke and his battle for free speech. In 1994 Campbell went to the Supreme Court and battled for the right to release musical parodies. The outcome of his case set the precedent for the legality of parodies in entertainment.”
