Talent that transcends genres: Imani Sade

An aspiring creator across genres, Imani Sade’s talent and skill set transcends any definitive tag. A lyricist by all accounts her current transition is into the genre of Hip Hop as she plans to live out her passion for the culture by contributing to the current landscape in music. An accomplished print model, who describes fashion design as something she does in her spare time, Imani Sade is a well-rounded artist in the truest sense of the word. Composing since she learned how to read, Imani Sade has been releasing music for the past year as the native of the Windy City was raised in Houston and incorporates both in her sonic influence. With her debut project on the way, Imani plans to bring her supporters from HMG Models London as well as other partners in the fashion world with her on the journey into music.

“This musical journey has been a process and it still is; I started with recording my lyrics acapella in my voice notes then I searched hard for beats. I mean hard. And I’m picky. I would say I like 4 beats out of 200, and I’ll probably only use 2 of the 4.”

Traveling back and forth between New York City and Philly to record, her career has begun to blossom and the sky has become the limit. Stay tuned for more greatness from Imani Sade.
