David Guetta ft. Anne-Marie – Don’t Leave Me Alone
The uplifting track gives enough room for Anne-Marie’s bright vocals to shine through and is perfect to blast on hot summer days. David Guetta: ‘’Anne-Marie is an amazing artist, I’m super proud of this track and so happy we finally get to share it with the world!”
The snippet posted a couple of days ago already had the press excited with Idolator stating ‘’it could be another big hit for both of them, if the snippet is any indication. Don’t be surprised if this becomes a late summer smash.”
With ‘Flames’ and ‘Mad Love’ still in the charts, ‘Don’t Leave Me Alone’ follows a set of successful collaborations for Guetta this year including ‘Like I Do’ with Martin Garrix and Brooks and ‘Your Love’ with Showtek. While currently playing shows all over the world during the festival season including his Ibiza residencies at Ushuaia and Pacha, Guetta is finishing his 7th studio album which is set to release later this year.
Meanwhile, Anne-Marie, who is currently supporting Ed Sheeran on his global stadium tour, is UK’s biggest selling debut artist of this year! Her debut album ‘Speak Your Mind’, which was released in April, has reached over 1.28M album equivalents, globally!
About David Guetta
Effortlessly bridging the gap between electronic and urban music, David Guetta’s unique vision and innate ability to fuse the two worlds has seen him produce some of the hottest collaborations on the planet time and time again. He is one of dance music’s greatest superstars, a 2x GRAMMY® Award-winning international icon with global sales now in excess of 50 million albums and singles as well as over 10 billion plays at YouTube and Spotify. His extraordinary catalog includes countless #1 singles, multiple gold and platinum certifications, two GRAMMY® Awards, and the biggest social media numbers of any DJ/producer in history. He has collaborated with Sean Paul, Becky G, Afrojack, Sia, Martin Garrix, Brooks, French Montana and Charli XCX in the last 10 months alone.
While playing shows all over the world this summer, including his Ibiza residencies at Pacha and Ushuaïa, he is preparing for the release of his 7th studio album which is due to release later this year. After more than three decades working as a dance music pioneer, it is safe to say that at this stage in his career, David knows exactly where to take it next. He’s proven to command the boundless energy required to keep up an extensive gig schedule and maintain a steady stream of releases at the same time, with no signs of losing his genre-bending, poppy streak. Now that is new album is right around the corner, David Guetta is once again set to woo the world with his incredible sound.
Bolstering her place in pop’s hot property with her female-forward hits, former 3 x world karate champion, Anne-Marie, has stormed through 2018 and officially become the biggest-selling debut of the year so far with the release of her debut album ‘Speak Your Mind’. With over two billion, global, audio streams and three billion YouTube views, ‘Speak Your Mind’ – a home for Anne-Marie’s playfully infectious pop and idiosyncratic storytelling – has spawned a swarm of her hit singles that are all certified platinum in the UK: “Alarm” [2016’s biggest-selling debut single release]; “Ciao Adios”; “FRIENDS” with Marshmello; and her Top 3, Platinum certified “2002” – a song Anne-Marie co-wrote with long-time friend, Ed Sheeran (watch their acoustic version here).
With 5 x BRIT Award nominations and 12 million global single sales under her belt, Anne-Marie’s rise to stardom has been nothing short of meteoric. Bursting onto the scene in 2016 as the winner of MTV’s Brand New series and releasing her UK Top 20 breakthrough hit “Alarm” shortly after, she ended 2016 with the UK’s Christmas No.1 single “Rockabye” alongside Clean Bandit, which spent nine weeks at the top of the UK charts and became the longest-running UK No.1 in 22 years. Kicking-off 2017 as a BRITs Critics’ Choice finalist, she followed with her UK Top 10 “Ciao Adios”, supported Ed Sheeran on his arena tour and was the proud recipient of that year’s Nordoff Robbins Silver Clef ‘Best Newcomer’ award. Not to mention an array of festival appearances last summer including a support slot with Justin Bieber at London’s British Summer Time festival.
Currently main support to Ed Sheeran on his stadium tour across the globe, which included four nights at London’s Wembley Stadium in June, Anne-Marie will embark on sold out UK and USA headline tours this autumn. The UK run will include two nights at Brixton Academy, London on November 22nd and 23rd.Tweet
