Bad//Dreems release their first single ‘Double Dreaming’

Adelaide-based band Bad//Dreems are back with their latest release ‘Double Dreaming’. The guys have toured with the likes of Wolf Alice, Wavves, The Avalanches and At The Drive In.

‘Double Dreaming’ features angular, Devo-esque guitars and gritty, snarling vocal melodies. Talking about the track, the guys said “Double Dreaming is a fevered vision of the end days, an absurd tale of Neil Young’s hearse, Sampson and the Lion, identity politics and Selene. Lyrically the album examines the ridiculousness of the post-truth world as it teeters on the edge of apocalypse.”

Their songs tell outsider tales of suburban ennui, isolation and dystopia. For the first time in the band’s career, they’ve taken a break from their heavy touring schedule to record their first ‘studio’ album, hooking up with indie label Farmer and the Owl (home to Hockey Dad, Totally Unicorn, The Pinheads, TEES and Tropical Strength).
