Artist Vincent Liou Releases Epic New Visual for “Safe to Consume”

Arizona-based artist Vincent Lou has officially released his third music video of 2021 “Safe to Consume” and fans are loving it. Also being the third song off of his four-track EP “Big Surf”, “Safe to Consume” sets up an epic vibe with visuals to match. Inspired by John Mayer’s “New Light” music video, the sensational video provides larger than life visuals that take listeners through space, the desert and endless vaporwave backdrops to seamlessly fit in with the song’s 80’s-inspired synths. The stellar production pairs perfectly with the songs message – “Safe to Consume” is all about never giving up on your relationships and goals and trying to better oneself. Celebrating your best and practicing self-love are at the core of eternal happiness and this video is bound to make you smile.

Vincent’s witty and comical approach to songwriting is celebrated. His whimsical visuals and innovative songwriting shine brightly as he vulnerably shares his story with loyal fans. Born and raised in West Lafayette, Indiana, Liou had a different upbringing than most other Asian Americans. In his 2021 EP, ‘Big Surf’, Liou writes about being someone’s failure of a booty call, walking around the park so much he practically lives there, those people that quote things without any context, and his first date at Big Surf – a waterpark in Mesa, AZ. We appreciate his authenticity and willingness to tell his story in a way that is bound to entertain fans on a mass scale.
