Emerging Memphis emcee Goldie Rebel just released his latest EP, #WhoTFisGoldieRebel.

#WhoTFisGoldieRebel provides a gutter, grungy hip-hop sound mixed with soul that makes each listener feel the pain but is inspired to push through it. This year, you will get to find out who Goldie is with his flowing lyrics and sound elements over hard-hitting, sample-based records.

When you hear Goldie, you will get a true rebel in the midst of a Memphis renaissance – a new sound that hasn’t come out of the city, yet sounds more Memphis than anything. The Memphis, Tenn. native is a pain-inspired emcee with a true gutter, space-age pimpin’ style of music, giving listeners a true feel for what Memphis really is. His music is greatly inspired by Memphis legends like 8Ball & MJG and cult favorites Wiz Khalifa & Curren$y at the core.

Goldie Rebel has previously opened for Bay Area phenoms Shoreline Mafia, and is a frequent collaborator with some of Memphis’ biggest acts Klay “Crucial” Perry, Hitkidd, & RealRed. In the light of a Memphis renaissance, Goldie is prepared to take that leap himself.
