LISTEN TO COFFEE BREAK

Compton rapper, producer and entrepreneur Problem debuts Coffee Break, a motivating 4-track playlist to kick off your day. The music releases alongside a featurette film of a day in Problem’s life: starting off his morning with some Coffee & Kush, he heads into the office for his many business endeavors, and he caps off the day with a performance at the Juneteenth festival at the historic Leimert Park. The turnt up music includes the hard-hitting morning risers “Clout” and “Go Time,” a remix to his Coffee & Kush Vol 1 fan-favorite “G-Shit,” and he tops it off with “Taking All Fades” featuring Dom Kennedy, a remake of the Kurupt stand-out track “We Can Freak It.”

Problem explains, “this playlist is for my fellow entrepreneurs. A lot of people ask me how I get it all done. The key is to get your day started right, get your mind and body together and the rest of it will flow through. The visual to Coffee Break is a homage to LA and the strong community here. At the end of the day, we rise together for a Junteenth celebration at Leimert Park.”

The new music follows Problem’s upbeat and inspiring single “4 The Low” ft. Wiz Khalifa that spotlights independent cannabis brands and showcases the health and economic benefits of legalization. In 2020, Problem released two critically-acclaimed albums Coffee & Kush Vol. 1 & 2 – the latter which included the star-studded “Don’t Be Mad At Me Remix” ft. Snoop Dogg and Freddie Gibbs which earned over 15 million streams on Spotify alone. VIBE Magazine proclaimed “LA’S DOPE MC, PROBLEM IS A HIP-HOP GREAT!” Problem will follow up with the highly anticipated Volume 3 of Coffee & Kush later this year.

The rapper turned entrepreneur recently launched his company Martin Holdings that includes signature lines of cannabis and a special Snoop Dogg edition of his Coffee & Kush mugs that will be available this Fall. Meanwhile, his production company 50Million Media released a feature film “A Compton Story” and debuted the interview series Morning Walks that included guest interviews with Nick Cannon, DeMar DeRozen, Marcellus Wiley and Xzibit. This year the production company will debut a new series called 106 & Spark.
