R&B Virtuoso FELIXX Premieres New Visual “Play For Keeps”

Before Hip Hop, there was R&B, and on his latest release, “Play For Keeps” Georgia native Felixx boasts his ability to create authentic R&B sonorities while echoing trap soul-like resonances that render palatable audible treats.

Felixx’s innate ability to create great music with an unapologetic swagger, confidence, and a cool and sexy compliment makes him an insatiable affinity for the ladies while giving the fellas something they can vibe with. Felixx shared his new visual for “Play For Keeps” via an exclusive VEVO premiere and reemphasized his ascendancy to R&B prominence.

To understand Felixx, one must know that he marches to the beat of his own rhythmic drum. Groomed from an early age to be a southern gentleman, the Monroe, Georgia native has mastered the art of distinction. An impressive hybrid of sophistication and warmth, Felixx’s disposition parallels his approach to music as well. A classically trained singer with influential energy from Mozart, John Mayer, Calvin Richardson, Prince, Justin Timberlake, and Miguel, the R&B crooner is one of the few artists today to make records incorporating live instrumentation and does so with convincing passion. His moniker, taken from his birth name Felix Thompson with the addition of an “x,” refers to his ability to go ten times harder when on stage performing and when in the studio creating. Similar to “Clark Kent” Felixx can transform effortlessly into an incredible recording artist.
