NBA Insider and Bally Sports Network TV analyst Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson has been a prominent force in sports news and radio for many years. Applying 20-plus years of broadcasting experience across a plethora of networks, Scoop B launched his non-profit “Scoop B Village” while also prepping for the NBA’s upcoming season.

2021 has been a busy year for Scoop B. Just this week, he broke the news about Kanye West’s new school in the Los Angeles area. He’s also sat down with athletes, coaches, and entertainers on Bally Sports Network including NBA Hall of Famer Gary Payton, Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Phil Handy, NBA champ Metta World Peace, NBA champ & current ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins, and Memphis Bleek who shared an eye-opening opinion about Jay-Z and Nas.

“I’m excited for the 21-22 NBA season. With tons of transactional twists and turns from the offseason, this season will be an exciting one.”

In launching his non-profit, Scoop B Village aims to foster relationships between kids and their education in and outside the traditional classroom setting. Youth ages 7-18 will be given the opportunity to learn and sharpen skills relatable to media arts literacy, civic engagement, college readiness, and more! Scoop B’s Village” is a 501(c)(3) mentorship program for youth who have an interest in media and broadcast journalism.

“The launch of Scoop B Village is just as rewarding. The village is a tribute to those who uplifted me and kept me grounded while growing up in both NJ and NYC and during my college years in the Philadelphia-area. It embodies my philosophy that the higher the elevator goes up, it is surely my responsibility to send it back down.”
