Snoop Dogg Drops the Most Important Album of 2022…Period

Snoop Dogg’s BODR is THE most important drop this year…to date and for the rest of the year and I don’t care what ANYONE has to say. It’s deeper than the music when you look at the play…the label is in the hands of one of the voices that made the label go crazy and the original investor in Death Row Records Michael “Harry O” Harris is back in the mix as well. It’s crazy how karma works…man don’t MAKE me take you back to Godfather Entertainment from whence many tentacles emanated…from Broadway to Death Row Records, the reach is deep. Ok, I won’t give a history lesson…but those that know…know.

BODR, i.e., Bacc on Death Row is a Snoop Dogg showcase of the sounds, lyrics, and delivery that made him one of the benchmark artists to come from the West. No lack of respect for any others, but Snoop was the shot that was heard across the globe and helped West Coast Hip Hop become one of the most ingrained styles in the world…Just check the styles in Japan, South and Central America, Europe, and Africa…the word icon was flat out earned.

Nuff said…music…come!
