Born Servant Leader Dr. Amin Sanaia Shares His Top Tips for Success

Dr. Amin Sanaia is a renowned culture builder and people strategist focusing on organizational and leadership development and diversity. He has established a thriving career anchored on fostering a work culture built on talent engagement, recognition, retention, promotion, diversity, and inclusion. Dr. Amin enjoys a stellar reputation for creating leadership development programs, driving organizational development and strategy, and putting people first.

A born servant leader, Dr. Amin is also known for positively impacting people’s lives. He believes service delivery is his purpose in life, and he is driven by the motto “loving people, loving self.”

“I excel in transforming workplaces by creating a culture of loving people. I am known for building an engaged workforce that performs at optimal levels. I am an astute strategist who excels in promoting excellence across business environments and developing effective people strategies,” explains Dr. Amin

His unquestionable work ethic has seen him emerge successful, especially with using tools to understand people and teams by examining what drives behaviors at work. He then leverages his experience to discern how to impact those behaviors to align organizational strategy with talent strategy. This makes him not only the go-to person but also a champion for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) and culture building.

Dr. Amin’s dedication and passion for what he does have also earned him recognition as one of the top brains in the sector. He was a two-time recipient of the Bronze National Quality Award in 2013 and 2019. Dr. Amin is also the holder of the John Maxwell (JMT) certification and the predictive index (PI) certification.

Life can, at times, be unforgiving, with numerous challenges that can easily discourage you from pursuing your dreams. However, Dr. Amin wants you to understand that the journey to success is never meant to be easy, and that’s why you need to practice. More importantly, never give up, no matter the circumstances. “I had a very comfortable lifestyle, and then it was all taken away, and I had to persevere to be better,” says Dr. Amin.

Instead, adopt a positive mindset and always strive to be the best. Dr. Amin advocates for learning and then putting it into practice. Remember, the mind is the most powerful muscle. If you have a positive mindset, it will help you be successful in life.

“I went through the transformation of being in a negative rut mindset, and I always put it out into the universe, so I attracted negative results. After putting in the work and changing my mindset, my life has changed, and I am full of blessings,” adds Dr. Amin.

In the coming years, Dr. Amin wants to transition and become a professional speaker sharing with others more about leadership development, positive mindset, and DEI. He is also looking to expand into the entrepreneurial world and run his own businesses. This includes creating a thriving non-profit organization that supports the underprivileged across the world. The NGO will also create and offer scholarships for minorities. Running such an NGO has been his dream as he seeks to pay tribute and honor to his late brother. For Dr. Amin, the dream is to become a champion for people’s development through a positive mindset and DEI.
