Born and raised in Torrington, Connecticut, Jonnyfenn is a talented independent artist, producer, and sound engineer. Although Jonnyfenn is independent, he has worked with artists under Def Jam, Interscope, RCA, and Bigheads labels. Additionally, he has a string of studios that began in Manhattan, New York, and have spread to California, Tennessee, New York City, and Connecticut. These studios have been extremely successful and have housed some huge names in the industry such as Joey Bada$$, Desiigner, Chxpo, Jim Jones, Dom Mclennon, Merlyn Wood, Kevin Abstract, Swoosh God, Curtis Williams, 808 Mafia, Jimmy Wopo, Steven Moses, Maxo Kream, Le’Veon Bell, Lil Gnar, Germ, Suicide Boys, BrockHampton, and many more.

Jonnyfenn is always on the lookout for his next move. His current roles include producer, designer, website designer, sound engineer, and music video director. He wears many hats in the music industry, trying to gain a thorough understanding of it all. Most of his time and energy is spent making or listening to music. Currently, Jonnyfenn’s biggest goal is to be taken seriously in the industry, which he is already doing.

Jonnyfenn has faced many challenges throughout his life. Growing up, he went to 12 different schools, was estranged from his father, was homeless, and worked terrible jobs to survive. Throughout it all, his music was an outlet for him, and it shows in its depth and sincerity. For those feeling lost, betrayed, abandoned, or alone, he writes for those people.

He expresses these feelings especially in his upcoming album “U.G.L.Y.” This album has a mix of many inspirations including Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Kendrick Lamar, and J. Cole all came together to create his unique sound. Jonnyfenn’s true emotions are reflected in this raw and real album.
