Black Miami Media Day with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey

What better way to celebrate the release of the new Marvel Studio’s movie “Wakanda Forever” than with an advanced screening of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey at the Regal Cinemas in South Beach Miami.

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey teamed up with the Social Xchange Social Agency to bring together 500 moviegoers in three theaters to celebrate the Wakanda film legacy with this sold out event.

In addition, South Florida’s premiere minority media personalities, influencers, anchors, writers, bloggers, and personnel from local media outlets such as CBS 4, the Miami Herald, L’union Suite, and Cox Media Group, attended a private meet and greet hosted by LaJuane Mack, Regional Multicultural Manager. During this invite-only event, there was a panel discussion held focused on how the Jack Daniel’s brand and local media outlets can leverage their relationships to serve their local South Florida communities by creating more collaborative opportunities through partnerships and sponsorships to increase the overall visibility of the Jack Daniel’s brand.

The Social Xchange is a social event agency made up of predominately Black
professionals curating weekly events and meetups in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Alexis Brown, CEO of the Social Xchange, shared her thoughts on her willingness to work and support brands that she feels support her and her community.

Prior to the screening of the Wakanda Forever movie, attendees enjoyed light bites and custom Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey curated cocktails, while VIP Guests and Media attendees enjoyed cuisine catered by R. Smackerz, a local minority-owned restaurant based in Miami Gardens, FL. VIP guest, Conchita Pleasant, CEO of Pleasant Images, stated, “I felt thrilled attending this event, and I enjoyed the experience of connecting with people and learning more about the Jack Daniel’s initiatives. I also enjoyed the movie and I look forward to future events.”
