Model Magda Swider Gives an Insight Into Her Real Estate and Entrepreneurial Interests
The real estate market has become the most preferred form of investment for people. Right from working individuals to elite personalities, everyone has been indulging in the real estate sector to purchase property for self-use and also for investment. Knowing the power of creating wealth by investing in properties, model Magda Swider is actively making real estate investments in Poland.
Born and brought up in Krakow, Poland, she is currently living in London, United Kingdom. Having collaborated with the world’s finest designers and lux fashion houses, Swider has walked runways in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, London and Milan. Along with her successful stint as a model, she has been pursuing her entrepreneurial goals. From the start of her career, the model was determined to create wealth.
Rather than savings, Magda Swider started investing which helped her buy her dream abode. Moreover, after moving to London, Magda completed her course in interior design. Her entry into the modelling industry happened when Magda was 15. There has been no looking back for the scintillating diva since then. Being true to her work, Magda Swider not only garnered popularity but also made great savings.
As a model, her biggest association was with Fendi in 2009. Magda, in her stellar career, has represented John Casablancas Elite Model Management in New York. Besides this, the fashion model has got herself featured in fashion publications like Marie Clarie, Vanity Teen, Elle, Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. When asked about her inspiration to invest in the real estate sector, Magda Swider revealed that she always wanted to multiply her wealth. In the latest interview for FTV she said she loves fashion as much as interior design.
Speaking about it, the model and entrepreneur said, “I started working during my teenage years. From the earnings of my modeling assignments, I saved and invested in real estate projects in Poland. It not only fulfilled my dream of buying a luxurious home, but I also started my journey as a real estate investor with a portfolio in residential and commercial spaces.”
On the work front, Magda Swider had an excellent year. She had earlier walked at the London Fashion Week, Los Angeles Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week this year. She has been seen in Dubai few days ago walking for Middle East Fashion Week for brands including: Michael Cinco, Amato Couture, Ezra Couture, Lam Viri, Garimon Roferos,Valeriya As’Ad and Maison D’vie.
Apart from this, Swider was also seen at the Cannes Film Festival and Venice Film Festival in May and September 2022. On a concluding note, Magda Swider gave a sneak peek into her promising plans for the coming year. Sharing valuable advice for all the youngsters, Magda said, “Live a life you always dreamt. Make mistakes and learn from them. Most importantly, do what you love and love what you do. Make money and invest them rather than spending it on liabilities. You grow when you invest your time, money, and energy in the right places.”
