TAO: Drum Heart Go On Sale February 23 at 10 A.M.

 

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for internationally-acclaimed percussion artists TAO: Drum Heart will go on sale Friday, February 23 at 10 a.m. TAO: Drum Heart, showcasing the ancient art of Japanese drumming, will perform at 7:30 p.m. April 15, 2018, at Strauss Square and is a display of the 2018 Strauss Square season.

Tickets for TAO: Drum Heart range from $29 – $75 and may be purchased, beginning February 23 at 10 a.m., online at www.attpac.org, by telephone at 214-880-0202 or in person at the AT&T Performing Arts Center Winspear Opera House Box Office at 2403 Flora Street. The Box Office will be open 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. seven days a week and before performances.

TAO: Drum Heart is the latest production from TAO, internationally-acclaimed percussion artists. TAO modern, high-energy performances showcasing the ancient artwork of Japanese drumming have transfixed audiences worldwide. Combining highly physical, large-scale drumming with contemporary costumes, precise choreography, and modern visuals, the performers of TAO: Drum Heart creates an energetic and unforgettable production.
