Lil Pump Enlists Charlie Sheen For ‘Drug Addicts’ Video

NEW SONG “DRUG ADDICTS” AVAILABLE NOW

LIL PUMP DEBUT ALBUM CERTIFIED GOLD, NEW ALBUM COMING SOON

EUROPEAN TOUR THIS SUMMER

The most hotly-anticipated song and most unlikely collaboration of the year is finally here! After teasing it on social media and igniting widespread anticipation, multiplatinum-selling hip-hop superstar, modern icon, and 21st century force of nature Lil Pump unleashes “Drug Addicts” today. Get it HERE via Tha Lights Global/Warner Bros. Records.

For the event-level music video (directed by Hannah Lux Davis), “Dr. Pump” enlisted the appearance of another “medical professional” “Dr. Sheen”—aka Charlie Sheen. These two doctors have natural chemistry and get crazy beyond words. The Doctors Pump and Sheen hold sway in a psychedelic hospital ward with a colorful array of patients. You have to see it to believe it. Watch it HERE.

On “Drug Addicts,” Pump goes buck wild over unpredictable and undeniable production and an intoxicating beat. His percussive bars give way to another hashtag-worthy chant. It could very well become his most addictive anthem to date—and that’s saying a lot with his track record thus far.

Continuing a red hot run, “Drug Addicts” rises to the forefront on the heels of Pump’s explosive anthem “Esskeetit.” The latter has already clocked over 98 million streams and 230 million YouTube views and counting. Additionally, he delivered a seismic and show-stopping confetti-covered performance of “Esskeetit” for his late-night television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon joined by two dancing “Esskeetit” mascots. The performance would be touted by Hypebeast, XXL, Complex, Billboard, and more.

Lil Pump was also named to the XXL Freshman class of 2018 (http://freshmanxxlmag.com/). Following his Rolling Loud festival performance in Miami, Pump sat down for a surprise candid interview with J. Cole which became an unbelievable hour-long conversation and has already amassed more than 7.5 million views. Check it out HERE.

Lil Pump, whose RIAA double-platinum “Gucci Gang” topped the charts across North America and the world, has surged to over 2 billion audio and video streams, and over 1 million equivalent album sales for Lil Pump, his self-titled debut (released October 2017) and now certified Gold by the RIAA. Lil Pump entered the Billboard 200 album chart at #3, emerging as the #1 streaming album first-week.

The impact of the Lil Pump album skyrocketed 17-year-old Pump straight to #1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists Chart. He wrapped up 2017 with a sold-out 27-city U.S. tour, and was tapped as one of Forbes, Hip-Hop Future Moguls Class of 2018. He is currently on a major European tour that includes appearances at Tomorrowland, Wireless and Lollapalooza in Paris. An avalanche of press coverage ranges from XXL, Complex, Rolling Stone, Fader, and more, to an extensive profile in The New York Times that positioned him as the voice of the “SoundCloud rap” genre.

The career-defining “Gucci Gang” ascended to #3 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #2 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The track held the #2 position on the U.S. Spotify Chart and #12 on the Global Chart. The larger-than-life “Gucci Gang” official music video, in which Pump lords over “Gucci Gang High” with a tiger at his side, boasts over 836 million combined YouTube views to date. The success of “Gucci Gang” was highlighted with the remix featuring some of today’s hottest artists, including Remy Ma, Ozuna, French Montana, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Gucci Mane, and 21 Savage, further cementing Pump’s place in the pop culture zeitgeist.

ABOUT LIL PUMP:

Signature colorful dreads flailing, ominous ink on display, and superhero-sized charisma in plentiful supply, Lil Pump (born August 17, 2000) tore through hip-hop like a tornado, amassing over 2 Billion audio and video streams and counting. First joining forces as a 16-year-old with the next generation music and entertainment company Tha Lights Global, the South Florida sonic fire-plug ratcheted up over 200 million Soundcloud plays with his initial tracks, “Flex Like Ouu,” “Boss,” “D Rose,” and “Molly.” But it was the RIAA double-platinum “Gucci Gang” that topped singles charts across North America and Europe, streaming to #2 on the US Spotify Chart and #12 on the Global Chart, and earning over 836 million combined YouTube views for its climactic, larger-than-life video.

This is one of the most talked about collabs in the industry right now!!! ~ Hype
