Derrick Rose Still Uses A Blackberry, Chicago Rapper The Boy Illinois Shares How He Became A Brand Ambassador

Chicago native Derrick Rose just turned 30 years old last week and he is heading into his tenth season in the NBA. The former regular season MVP and Rookie of the Year has had a decent NBA a career up until this point despite leg injuries that have kept him sidelined.
Rose is a current member of the Minnesota Timberwolves and earlier this year former Timberwolves’ legend Kevin Garnett told Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson of the Scoop B Radio Podcast that he thought that rose should start this season.
“I would,” KG told Scoop B Radio
“He’s more crafty now than ever in the pick-and-roll. He’s able to get shots for guys and he’s able to knock shots down, so yeah, I would.”
That is Derrick Rose the basketball player what is he like off the court? Well apparently he still enjoys his BlackBerry phone. Blackberry are still in?

Per Robinson he reachout to Boy Illinois to talk about how he pioneered a brand ambassadorship with Blackberry,
“He inspired me because of his down to Earth vibe,” The Boy Illinois said of Derrick Rose. “That allows him to be so relatable. And I wanted to get physical keys again on my phone. Once I saw the video, that was the ultimate confirmation for me.”
