Dr. Dre sits down with LL COOL J on SiriusXM’s Rock The Bells Radio

Dr. Dre sat down with LL COOL J for an exclusive interview that will air on LL COOL J’s SiriusXM channel, Rock The Bells Radio (Ch. 43) for his series The Influence of Hip-Hop.

Throughout the interview, Dr. Dre talks about falling in love with music during his early life in Compton, producing the song “Boyz-n-the-Hood” with Eazy-E, being a member of N.W.A, meeting and working with a young Snoop Dogg, and how he approaches the collaborative process, among other topics.

“I want my work to talk for me, and hopefully the way I’m carrying myself and what I’m doing can be an inspiration,” he tells LL. “That’s my main objective.”

The Influence of Hip-Hop, hosted by LL COOL J featuring DJ Z-Trip with special guest Dr. Dre premieres Saturday, April 20 at 3 pm ET on LL COOL J’s Rock The Bells Radio.
