Recording Artist, Nicky Bondz Debuts New Single And Music Video For “Love’”
Nicky Bondz has been on our radar for a while now and his new single, “Love” is exactly why we have been waiting to see what’s next. Bondz earlier songs were influenced by hip hop and rap, but now we are seeing an entirely new sound that is light and upbeat, based on positivity and full of summery vibes. The beats have a Kygo-esque feel. It seems like “Love” completes an evolution from Nicky Bondz that finally comes full circle.
Some of the songs on his upcoming album talk about his life and the troubles he has overcome, but many of the songs focus on love and relationships. Bondz says he is “on a mission to spread a message of positivity through the power of music. ”
When we sat down with Nick, he told us how at 19, he shattered his hip, spent 4 months in the hospital and went into a deep depression. He came out on the other side wanting to push his life in a positive direction and went on to pursue a doctorate in Psychology. He now hopes to leverage his own experience to provide hope and awareness to those struggling with mental health illness – especially in the music community.
Be prepared to hearing more music like “Love” this year from Nicky Bondz. He has plans to release another highly anticipated single entitled “Satellites” on February 14th which will be part of a mini album release scheduled to fully launch in March. We will be sure to tune in!
