Donald Trump stars in rapper Paris’ new video “Baby Man Hands”
New album Safe Space Invader drops September 25, 2020
New York, NY– In this era of reckoning for American policing, increases of racism fostered by the most incompetent president in modern times, and a global pandemic that has affected all areas of life, voices of dissent in entertainment have become more relevant than ever.
It is not a surprise that Bay Area rapper Paris, arguably one of the most incendiary political rappers in the history of hip hop, announced today the release of the new album Safe Space Invader on September 25.
The first video “Baby Man Hands,” a satiric and very direct attack to Donald Trump and his four years of disastrous Presidency, launches today of Paris’ YouTube channel GuerrillaFunkRec. The video is poised to truly engage and embolden listeners disgusted with the current state of affairs brought about by the ineptitude of our current Commander in Chief.
“Baby Man Hands” audio is currently available on all streaming platforms and at major digital merchants.
The new album Safe Space Invader will once again take listeners through one of the most vivid lyrical descriptions of what it means to be Black in America: from fury at police misconduct to a poignant lament of the effects of gentrification on communities of color in the USA, Paris continues where he left off on his 2015 effort Pistol Politics. The album was named by Spin magazine “…one of the top hip-hop albums of the year….”
