Christopher McGinnis Has Been Soaring Through the Music Industry from a Young Age

Christopher McGinnis was the definition of the words “child prodigy” when it came to his musical talents. Christopher started playing piano at just five years old, quickly learning that he excelled at it. He soon became a professional at it just a few short years later, playing at venues worldwide. Piano was just the start for Christopher: he began touring around the country as a young teen and sold out his first show at age 13.

This type of buzz didn’t slow down. Christopher McGinnis was seen performing at Digifest NYC in 2010, and he played at MSG three separate times before age 15. Additionally, he played all over NYC jazz clubs as a teenager. The singer, songwriter, producer, and pianist quite literally did it all through his early life. This has attributed to all the moves he’s currently making in the music industry today.

Christopher managed to stay independent throughout his entire music career, traveling to venues like Playlist Live, Digi Fest, and Bitter End – all without signing any major deals. Christopher continues to drop music independently on all platforms, where he just released five new tracks that portray his versatility and rhythm as a musician and producer. A particular fan favorite, “Something About It”, did thousands of streams as soon as it was released, leaving his fans with an upbeat, good vibe type of sound.
