South Carolina’s Best Kept Secret J’Versatile Releases “Mama Said”

R&B/Soul artist J’Versatile has come a long way in the last year, releasing single after single, building his catalogue and growing his fan base. Most recently he released “Mama Said” which talks about coming from the heart and the come up. His lyrics are uplifting and motivating in a way that differs from the status quo. Some memorable lyrics from the song were “Mama said rainy days won’t last, sunny days will come, ima keep holding on til that sunny day comes”

Coming from a rural area in South Carolina called Manning, J always thought it would be next to impossible to get lots of ears onto his sound but 2021 is proving otherwise. His streams have risen and growth as an artist is substantial.

His last single “Just To Make It” encomapasses a different take on the production side of things but J pushes the same message in a completely different way. That’s the beauty of his versatility, thus the name J’Versatile. Seems like we’ll be hearing a lot more from him in the near future.
