How a Last Minute Invite to the Studio Started Vi City’s Music Career
Even though he’s been rapping and creating music throughout his whole life, Vi City first found his big break in the music industry after accepting a last-minute invitation to the studio with award-winning artist, Nelly.
Vi City is an American rapper, songwriter, writer, and producer of both music and film. Some of his credits include writing “C.N.F” with Nelly, being featured on “Some Ish” with Sir Michael Rocks on his #1 debut album Banco, and co-producing tracks for Young Money with the producer Rich Skillz.
Additionally, you may have heard some of his music on the hit film and television show, Entourage, which he wrote, performed, and produced.
Fueled by his lifelong passion for music, Vi City now finds himself signed with Universal Music Publishing Group as a writer and producer of music, in addition to being the founder and CEO of Hundreds Entertainment.
One thing that’s for certain is that Vi City has always been a talented artist and he attributes his success so far to “grinding and being consistent”, but he doesn’t have plans of slowing down anytime soon. You’ll be sure to hear more of Vi City in the years to come.
