Driven: Celebrity Publicist Aye Yo Kells is the Entrepreneurs’ Secret Tool for Gaining Publicity

Celebrity publicist Aye Yo Kells, has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment such as Boosie, Armani Caesar, Tyrese, Vivica Foxx, Young Dolph, Masika Kalysha, Kamillion, and many more. Recently, she announced her new leadership role as publicist for independent T.V. Network Now That’s T.V. Gaining experience hosting red carpet events, conducting interviews, working with major media companies, including BET, and freelancing for different PR companies gave Kells the confidence to fully take on being a media entrepreneur full time.

After hitting a plateau in her business in 2020 and with her passion for entrepreneurship, Kells became extremely inspired to help business owners. Opening up a new spectrum under her already established entertainment PR firm, allowed Kells to take on black-owned businesses. Working as the lead publicist for the Day and Night Cereal Bar franchise, originally based in Los Angles; Kells discovered a new targeted clientele.

Aye Yo Kells was able to secure her new business and entrepreneur clients on major platforms such as; Forbes, Good Morning America, Black Enterprise, ABC, Business Insider, LA Weekly, and more. The success of her new clientele and an ambitious drive, lead her to make close to 7 figures in 2021 and become inducted into The 30 under 30 class.

In February of this year, Kells was featured in Forbes Women for her entrepreneurship and 12-year career in entertainment. The feature highlighted her company The Jamison Agency PR firm, as making close to 7 figures in just under 2 years, during the covid pandemic.

Currently, Kells is working on releasing a self-entitled book and her own fragrance line, her platform Creatives Who Hustle is going on tour in 2022, and she’s planning on opening up an all-women-owned adoption agency in the state of North Carolina. Heavy into philanthropy, Kells also travels and participates in speaking engagements, hosting events, and continuous networking.
