As you see yourself, who is Pierre Limage?

A determined hard working passion driven artist who is relentless in chasing this music and all things business.

What brought you to the entertainment industry and music specifically?

I believe in living a limitless life. I don’t feel as if anyone should be in a position to put a cap over my life. To tell me that I have to live here because I only make so much or drive this because that’s all I can afford. I’m here to break every boundary that’s been placed because I feel that its so much more to life that I haven’t yet experienced. I come from humble beginnings so that fueled me to take matters in my own hands.

What and who influenced the sound you bring today?

Being originally from Chicago the sound that I bring today has been influenced from my move to the south from Atlanta, Memphis, Arkansas I’ve been influenced by the culture of these places rather than one or two individuals.

What happened in your career that makes you feel that this is the industry for you?

When I was able to secure a distribution deal with The Orchard i knew because it wasn’t Distrokid or Tunecore and no disrespect to those service providers but this was different, from working with the biggest producers in the game and seeing plaques everywhere i knew it was the start of something special.

What was the biggest obstacle in getting to your current career phase?

Building a team of like-minded individuals that had the same vision that I had for myself. Once I had the team everything changed.

What do you want people to get from your music?

I want people to know that you stand on your business because every dream is worth chasing because you too can come from nothing and change your whole situation.

Tell us about your current project?

My current project is scheduled to release June 3rd called “I Can’t Save Her” and it’s a summer vibe. It is a bop, something that the ladies will like and the guys will relate to. It’s just a lot of fun! I Can’t Save Her will be available on all platforms.

What do you think has been your greatest life achievement so far? Stepping out of the realm of a 9-5 and becoming an entrepreneur and chasing my dream full time.

If you could collaborate with one artist, living or dead, who would it be and why?

Tupac I feel the level of passion he had and his message was clear. Pac stood on business as well whether it was for the streets or for the people. He took care of business and I can’t help but to respect that as well as his body of work he had to only be 25 years old. R.I.P Pac!

If you had to pick one of your songs that really explains you, what would it be?

It’s an unreleased song called “Miseducation” that gives you both sides. Who they thought I should be vs who I really am. In life we always have people that feel as if you should be doing this rather than what you really want to do and who you really are. I feel that miseducation really captures the self discovery of Limage. I can’t wait for y’all to hear it!

Last but not least, Hype wants to know….What’s your Craziest “Where they do that at?!” moment…

I own a fleet of luxury cars that I rent out and I had my hellcat out one night and the police rammed into my car looking for a guy who was allegedly wanted for murder.
