1 part Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
3-4oz Ginger ale
Lime Wedge
Directions: In a glass, pour 1 part Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple. Top with Ginger Ale, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy.
Apple Mule
1.5 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
3-4oz Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge for Garnish
Directions: Over ice, combine Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple and your choice of ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge for a refreshing cocktail.
Apple Lemonade
12 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
32 oz lemonade
Mix in pitcher for group serve
Directions: Fill a pitcher with ice. Add Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple and lemonade. Stir and enjoy with a group!

Splash of club soda

2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
.75 oz lemon juice
Splash of fresh pineapple juice
2-3 oz club soda
Mint sprig for garnish
Directions: In a shaker, mix Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple, lemon juice and a splash of fresh pineapple juice. Pour over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint spring and enjoy!
Proper Irish Apple Cider
2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple
4 Cups Apple Cider
6 Sticks of Cinnamon
4 Tablespoons Nutmeg
10 Cloves
Orange Zest
Orange twist
Directions: Over heat, combine Proper No. Twelve Irish Apple, apple cider, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, cloves, and fresh orange zest. Pour into a heat-protected mug, garnish with an orange twist, and enjoy warm.
