Powerful New Music from Trensettahs Sound System ‘La Fiebre’

The electrifying percussion, up-stroke guitar rhythms, and hypnotic bass lines make reggae music a genre to be treasured. Unfortunately, this music style has not seen many enthusiastic artists join its ranks lately. But Trensettahs Sound System, a collective of music artists, is breaking the monotony in pop culture by introducing the world to classy reggae music. Their recent release, “La Fiebre,” reflects authentic elements of reggae in every note to reveal how true the artists are about reaching their goal.

Founded in 2015 as an artist collective, Trensettahs Sound System is on a mission to promote the essence of reggae music around the world. It is an unstoppable team of musicians, producers, and DJs orchestrated by DJ Fyahman. They aim to not only tell the story of Africa’s progress but also display the African Diaspora through their music videos. After creating a three-part movement, all titled “Black Sounds of Freedom,” Trensettahs Sound System is back to recreate their magic with “La Fiebre,” inspiring people to explore more about Africa.

“La Fiebre” is set in the backdrop of an African village, and the music is loaded with cool funky vibes guaranteed to make listeners happy. Besides exuding a great vibe, the song is also energetic with a unique blend of South American Afro beats. This explosive new release features the famous vocalist Sizzla Kalonji along with the celebrated Zalama Crew, who have collaborated with Trensettahs Sound System on previous projects. Putting together an all-star line-up is nothing new for the artist collective as they have already worked with iconic artists like Jamaican Rasta legends Capleton, Sizzla, Mykal Rose, and Luciano.

Living up to the standards of Zalama Crew, the song seamlessly combines hip-hop, reggae music, and Colombian notes to create a track with all the elements to cut through the dance music genre. Set in Africa, “La Fiebre” is accompanied by a sizzling music video that will make anyone get up and dance. It has fun, soul, and killer rhythmic patterns while the visuals bring the audience into the barrios of Cali, Colombia, and ghettos of Kingston, Jamaica.

“La Fiebre” portrays the daily lives of the black ghettos and how the people who live in them revel in music. The song also stands out for the way it naturally mixes genres, and Sizzla Kalonji, the international reggae star from Kingston, Jamaica, has taken the vocals to a whole new level. The hardcore notes often blend into the harmony of softer tunes, making it a song for people from all walks of life. It is not just about Africa and the regular people living there but about the diverse culture of music that the country celebrates.

Trensettahs Sound System is always careful about picking artists they want to work with. With his staggering number of hit singles and albums, Sizzla Kalonji has proved to be the right choice for “La Fiebre.” The song is now available to listen to on all major digital streaming platforms, including YouTube and Spotify. Within a short time, the track has earned huge appreciation from music lovers across the world.

Following the success of “La Fiebre,” Trensettahs Sound System will be on stage at an annual festival in Ethiopia this year. Their fans are eagerly awaiting the artist collective’s performance at this event, as they are known for their signature musical style that emanates social resistance and reclaims power.
