17-year-old Rochester, NY hip-hop artist Slump6s fired off an incendiary and infectious new single “Fashion.”
On the song, an eerie loop cuts through thick 808s and a mind-numbing bass line. This sonic onslaught only amplifies his punchy delivery. It builds towards a chantable chorus as he confesses, “I think I fell in love with the fashion.” After tallying streams in the hundreds of millions and earning acclaim from Lyrical Lemonade and more, he charts a course through uncovered terrain once again with more music for Field Trip Recordings/Republic Records.
Gearing up for a busy 2023, it also arrives on the heels of “Commas,” which has just begun to pick up steam on streaming platforms.
