Viral Artist Lil Man J Drops New Single ‘Dominoes’

Rapper, Singer, and musician Lil Man J, who went viral for his 2022 song “Cap Freestyle” is back with another groove titled Dominoes. Last Year, the emerging melodic underground artist and musician blew the roof off of the rap industry when “Cap Freestyle” caused people to think he sounded like Lil Baby. His work even sparked a comment from Lil Baby himself on social media. While he’s not TRYING to sound like Lil Baby, he’s just being himself, it did cause quite a stir which granted him his first rap paycheck! He ALSO landed on just about every major Hip Hop blog in the U.S. behind the song.

Now, Dominoes sees J telling his truth in no uncertain terms, one of the shining points of the song is that he knocks down challenges like the iconic game pieces. From naysayers to medical conditions that might make others whine, cry and give up, this young lion has continued to show his intestinal fortitude and positive mental outlook which has brought him far. This song also strongly displays Lil Man J’s love of the craft and his dedication to earning his spot in the game, not getting in on a wing and a prayer or a gimme. Skillfully delivered and crafted, Dominoes is a fun joint and after my 15th rewind, I confess it’s also inspirational. it’s a 4/5 for me on the lyrics, story, production, and style!!!

Dominoes proves that Lil Man J, in my opinion, is not a one-hit-wonder and we’ll be talking about him for years to come, as long as he keeps making music in fact.
