DJ and Producer G Orgy on His Experience on the 66th GRAMMY Awards Red Carpet

We tapped in with talented Singer-Songwriter, DJ and Producer G Orgy of Las Vegas who attended the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards (his first), in Los Angeles, and got him to weigh in on a few things!

Congrats on being one of the lucky musicians who attended the GRAMMYs red carpet!

Thank you so much! I had the privilege to attend as an invited guest. It was not just a night to celebrate music but also a testament to the power of melodies that touch the heart and soul.

How about the red carpet? What do you think about the main Red Carpet of the year?

The red carpet, always a highlight, was a parade of glitz and glamour.

Stepping onto the Grammys red carpet for the first time was an exhilarating and surreal experience.

The atmosphere was buzzing with energy from celebrities, photographers, and fans.

Artists strutted down the lane, their outfits a blend of fashion and personality, each one a statement in itself. The energy was infectious, setting the stage for the night ahead.

What did you like the most?

The auditorium’s acoustics were a revelation. Every note, every nuance was amplified, reverberating through the hall, lending an ethereal quality to the performances. It was an auditory experience par excellence, a testament to the power of sound and music.

Which performance were you excited to see?

A performance I had been eagerly awaiting was by none other than Stevie Wonder. As always, he did not disappoint. His performance was a reminder of his enduring talent and musical genius.

Taylor Swift, another artist I had my eyes on, made history that night. She walked away with the award for the Best Album of the Year, becoming the only artist to have bagged this prestigious award four times. Her victory was a testament to her talent and her ability to connect with audiences through her music.

Another highlight of the night was Billie Eilish’s win for the Best Song of the Year for her track ‘What was I made for’ from the movie Barbie. I had been confident of her victory, her song had captured hearts worldwide.

Do you have any favorite nominees from that show?

All the nominees were exceptional, their music a testament to their talent and hard work. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to them all. As for me, the experience has served as an inspiration. This year, I pledge to channel my creativity and passion for music to hopefully find a place among the nominees in the next Grammy Awards. It’s a tall order, but one that I am eager and excited to take on.

What music genre is your favorite?

Of course, I cannot conclude without mentioning the electronic dance music genre, which has always held a special place in my heart. This year, I was particularly excited about David Guetta, Calvin Harris, and Skrillex, who had captured the global music scene with their innovative and captivating tracks.

David Guetta, a titan in the world of EDM, has always managed to surprise me with his ability to blend various elements into a cohesive and infectious track. His music, for me, is like a journey, it takes you places and leaves you wanting more.

Calvin Harris, another artist I admire, has the unique ability to create music that resonates with audiences worldwide. His tracks are a testimony to his talent, each one a masterpiece that leaves an indelible impression.

Finally, Skrillex, innovative EDM pioneer and dubstep icon, has always amazed me with his distinctive style. His music is not just about beats but a whole experience that transcends the auditory and ventures into the realm of the sensory. Congratulations to Skrillex on his ninth Grammy win!

As a fan and a fellow musician, I was rooting for each of them, their music a testament to the eclectic and evolving world of electronic music. Their nomination itself was a victory, a recognition of their contribution to the music industry.

Thank you so much! Hope we are going to see you as Grammy Awards nominee in the near future!

Thank you! One day! One day!
