The Opioid Epidemic Doesn’t Have to Be an Epidemic, says Dr.Ramis Gheith

How to eradicate opioids addiction by finding Alternatives to treat pain without Opioids is what the focus should say, Dr. Ramis Gheith who is one of the country’s leading pain management physicians.

Dr. Gheith wants to share the options to combat pain without oral opioids in the country because he says the only way this epidemic can end is if we start with the doctors’ methods of treatment.

The opioid epidemic doesn’t have to be an epidemic if doctors stop prescribing oral opioids. Most addicts are introduced to opioids by doctors, not drug dealers. You’re probably thinking how do you then combat chronic pain without opioids. Well, Dr.Ramis Gheith has been practicing this for the last few years, and it’s working.

Dr.Ramis Gheith Is an Interventional Pain Management Doctor and Anesthesiologist who has spent the last few years exploring how to combat pain without oral opioids, and they have been working with many patients in Missouri and the Midwest. Like most doctors. Dr. Gheith used to treat pain the conventional way (with oral opioids), but then after seeing the dangerous side effects of opioids and being aware of how addictive they are, he wanted to change the treatment.

After extensive research, he made that there were alternative treatments to successfully manage and relieve the chronic pain that patients suffered through on a daily basis. He implemented different physical therapies, surgeries and nerve treatments that replaced opioids. Dr. Gheith offered his patients the following methods to cure chronic pain: injection therapies (including stem cells), spinal cord stimulation, implantable pain pumps, and Kyphoplasty.
