Watch a recap from the Soundcloud x Noisey “Video Singles” Event in LA (Featuring K$upreme x Jae Stephans x Lil West)

The Hype Magazine brings to you the official recap of Soundcloud & Noisey’s “Video Singles” event in Los Angeles. The Event was held at “The Resident DTLA” and featured up-coming artists “K$upreme”, “Jae Stephans”, and “Lil West”. The house was packed with music industry folks who came out to see these featured artists perform live. Each artist has been at the center of Soundcloud & Noisey’s newly launched campaign “Video Singles”.

Jae Stephens is a 20-year-old LA resident who has worked with producers like Bruno Major, Jam City, and Jonah Christian. Her newest single “Headlights” produced by London-based Monro, premiered through Soundcloud X Noisey Video Singles. Watch the recap to see her perform the single “Headlights”. The Hype Magazine got a special shout out from “Jae Stephens” after her performance, it was lit!

Lil West is a 20-year-old from Delaware who makes genre-bending music that’s formed out of scraps of trap, emo, EDM, and more. Lil West performed his latest song “No More”, the video for “No More” was created by SoundCloud & Noisey as part of the Noisey X SoundCloud Video Singles series. “No More” was produced by Distance Decay with co-production by Hovenchy. The video takes place on various formats deep in the canyons of Malibu.

K$upreme Headlined the event and performed songs from his “Flex Music 2” album. After performing at SOB’s in New York, K$upreme headed straight to LA to perform at the Soundcloud x Noisey event. The Hype magazine recently sat down with K$upreme at the video shoot for his new music video “Views”. Watch the recap to catch all the visuals, and listen as he explains to the crowd “I’m really from Pasadena, Ca., Im not from Atlanta!”
