Los Angeles Times Food Bowl Night Market Returns to Grand Park

The L.A. Food Bowl Night Market is an outdoor food festival for five nights at Grand Park in which individuals can come and celebrate the diversity of L.A. food. Each night will feature numerous food vendors, pop-ups, chef collaborations, art installations, and live music curated by the food staff of the Los Angeles Times. The best part is admission is free. Many of the chefs will be at the market multiple days so if you miss a day there are plenty of other chances to come back or if you enjoy
it so much, you can come back and relive the night.

There will also be special ticketed and themed areas at Night Market. Come out and have the once in a lifetime opportunity to try delicious food from multiple restaurants all in one night.

On May 8th, Collaboration Lab will feature collaborations from L.A.’s top restaurants and international guests.

On May 9th, Taco Tribute will have all the best tacos centered in one place for you to come and sample them all.

On May 10th, come to Fried Chicken Party and join the city’s fried-chicken masters for an evening of wings, drumsticks, and sandwiches.

On May 11th, Food Bowl has two Events. L.A.’s Best Burger will challenge some of the city’s best burger creators to come up with the ultimate burger, one that distinctly represents L.A. and Dumpling, Noodles, and Rice will feature some of the city’s best Asian dishes all in one location.

And the last, but not least, the final event is on May 12th, Mother’s Day. Take your mother out to All-Star BBQ where with the help of chef and barbeque guru Adam Perry Lang, Food Bowl has assembled a fearsome lineup of BBQ and grilling talent from around the city and the country. For one glorious afternoon, Los Angeles will be the center of the barbeque universe as we welcome well-known grill jockeys to Grand Park.

Los Angeles Times Food Bowl sponsors include High West, Jose Cuervo, Sapporo, House of Suntory, and Door Dash who will be providing the ultimate Lounge. DoorDash partnered with multiple popular Los Angeles restaurants to offer a premium menu to lounge guests featuring: Bling Bling Dumpling, Tacos 1986, Bludso’s, Gwen, and Crack Shack. Getting them delivered right to your seat! DoorDash is powering the delivery of festival food straight to lounge guests, providing the ultimate lounge experience at the Night Market.

Come eat, drink, and enjoy five nights celebrating the nation’s biggest food city with DJ sets by The Hood Internet, Jason Bentley (KCRW), J Tripp (Georgia), DJ Monalisa Bianca Lexis, Dorien Garry, DJ Scott Dallavo, Garth Trinidad, Anthony Valadez, Novena Carmel, and Todd Simon.
