Amazon Music hosted the One Love party in Los Angeles, celebrating the legacy and 75th birthday of music legend, Bob Marley. The event took place at the 1 Hotel in West Hollywood — which was transformed into The One Love Hotel for the occasion — and featured Stephen Marley leading an all-star band through Bob Marley classics.

Stephen Marley opened the night with an acoustic medley of some of Bob Marley’s iconic songs, before bringing out a full band that included Nikki Glaspie (drums), Ray Angry (organ and piano), Nate Edgar (bass), Nicholas Cassarino (lead guitar), Ranoy Gordon (rhythm guitar), and Llamar “Riff Raff” Brown (keyboards). The band performed a set of Bob Marley classics, including “Trench Town Rock,” “Jammin’,” “Exodus,” “Get up Stand Up” and more.

Throughout the night Stephen Marley and his band were joined by numerous special guests, including music legend Melissa Etheridge for a stirring rendition of “Is This Love,” R&B powerhouse Ella Mai for “Stir It Up,” and GRAMMY-nominated Jamaican singer Koffee for “Talkin’ Blues.”

Towards the end of the night Stephen Marley brought out friend and collaborator Wyclef Jean to perform a lively version of the Bob Marley classic, “I Shot the Sheriff” to a rapt crowd. The duo returned for the show’s encore, playing a stripped-down, acoustic version of “Redemption Song,” followed by “No Woman, No Cry” with Stephen Marley’s full band. The show closed with Stephen Marley leading an ensemble performance of “Could You Be Loved,” with Wyclef Jean, Melissa Etheridge, Koffee, and Skip Marley, the final special guest of the night.
